How often should I have follow up consultations?

Regular re-evaluations and adjustments are crucial to check on progress made and any difficulties encountered. The frequency of follow up consultations is tailored to your requirements. I would recommend that following the initial consultation, a follow up is planned for between 1-2 weeks and thereafter 2-3 weeks apart depending on the client and the length of the programme. 

Depending on your requirements, I would recommend a programme of between 3 - 6 months for lasting impact.


What is hormonal imbalance?

The hormones within the body all work together to optimise energy.. Age, stress, diet and lifestyle factors all have an impact. Even small hormonal imbalances can have widespread effects on women's physical, mental and emotional health.

Sex hormones

Oestrogen, progesterone and testosterone. Imbalance can lead to irregular cycles, low libido, hot flashes and mood swings.

Metabolic hormones

Insulin imbalance affects blood sugar regulation, cravings and energy fluctuations.

Thyroid hormones

 Imbalance can cause fatigue and weight changes, hair and skin issues

Adrenal hormones

Often related to chronic stress and can cause fatigue, anxiety and difficulty coping with stress.
